About Me
Who am I? Why would anybody want to read this blog?
Well i’ll leave the 2nd question up to you to answer, since you seem to be the one reading this.
Murray Stace is a bit of a Swiss Army Knife of a person, suitable for a great number of roles yet specifically made for none of them. He resides in Wollongong, Australia’s 9th most populous city. Nothing really exciting there.
Murray finished his Bachelor of Creative Arts at the University of Wollongong in 2007, majoring in Sound Composition and Music Production. He then went on to get a job at the University as a Video Producer. To date his most famous work in that role is a DVD on exercises for children with cerebral palsy.
In all honesty it’s as boring as batshit, but the expereince in using broadcast quality gear and working with clients is vital to where I want to end up, which is the explaination for this site.
Relative Silence started a few years ago as a dream of creating a production house in which people who were talented creatively could work together to make things happen. To achieve great art, and fulfill the dreams of the people who helped to create it. The main modus operandi however would be that these creative souls would not be doing this for free and that Relative Silence will be a successful business to allow its contributors to get paid for their services. NO CREATIVE SOUL SHOULD GO HUNGRY.
So in September 2008 this website was born. In its current phase of evolution it is my blog and a close friends blog. I set my blog up as a creative output so I was able to share my works (albeit rough copies of them) to anyone who was interested. Lewis’ blog exists so he could upload articles to show his writing skills in hope of getting into a journalism degree.
relativesilence.net is starting to take shape.
